CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2594
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR GREEN
RIVER MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted the Green River
Management Agreement as revised on September 14 , 1984, between
King County and the cities of Auburn , Kent , Renton and Tukwila, and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned parties entering into the Green
River Management Agreement are joining together for the purpose of
coordinating their activities over the management of the Green River
on a cost sharing basis, it is now necessary to provide funding for
the City of Renton ' s 1985 share of expense, and such transfer being
necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit,
NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to make the following transfer:
