RESOLUTION NO. 2613
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON PROVIDING
FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
1) PROVIDE THE CITY 'S SHARE OF
COST ($4,000) ,000
$ ) , IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE SOIL CONSERVATION SERVICE (SCS) , FOR PANTHER CREEK
WETLANDS PLAN .TO DEVELOP WILDLIFE AND FLOOD WATER RETENTION.
2) PROVIDE FUNDING FOR INSTALLATION OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
AT JONES PARK ($16 , 170) .
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer the below-
specified funds to provide funding for the Panther Creek Wetlands Plan
and playground equipment for Jones Park and such transfer being necessary
and in the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to make the following transfers:
