CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON
RESOLUTIO14 O . 2443
WHEREAS the City of Renton , a municipal corporation, acting;
as a noncharter code city under the laws and statutes of the State of
Wash ._nton has begun t:1e accuisition procedure for the purchase of
property designated by use in development of a Senior housing and
Pedestrian Corridor within the City of Renton , and
WHEREAS proper funds therefore have been provided and
appropriated, and
WHEREAS the subject property has been appraised by Lamb
Hanson Lamb , qualified independent appraisers , establishing the fair
market value of the parcel to be $35 ,450 . 00 , and
W1iEREAS Eastman and Allen , qualified independent appraisers ,
have completed a review appraisal report which concurs in the fair
market value set in the appraisal , and
WHEREAS the owner of said property shall be provided with
all of the pertinent information regarding said acquisition and the
determination of the fair market value thereof, NOW THEREFORE ,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON , DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The above recitals and findings are hereby found
to be true and correct in all respects .
SECTION-II : It is hereby determined and established that
the fair market value of the following described property as per its
appraisal and review appraisal is the sum of $34,450 . 00 and said
parcel of property is more particularly described on the attached
Exhibit "A" , which is incorporated by reference herein as if fully
set forth .
SECTION_LII : The havor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to take all necessary ste-)s including the execution of

all proper documents to secure the acquisition of said parcel of real
estate for development of a Senior Housing and Pedestrian Corridor
within the City of Renton, and any such conveyance by the owner of
said land shall be by statutory warranty deed, quit claim deed or
Court decree , free and clear of all encumbrances except those of
record as set forth in Transamerica Title Insurance Company ' s Report

thereto and same being incorporated by reference as if fully set forth .

as per plat recorded in Volume 21 of Plats, on page 50,

Situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
I
