HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 2315 r' CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 2315 WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter . more particularly described, located within the City of Renton has heretofore been duly approved by the Hearing Examiner; and WHEREAS after due investigation the Hearing Examiner has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat, and no public hearing being held, and such approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the Hearing Examiner, pertaining to the following described real estate, to-wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth. (Property located south side of S.E. 16th Place on Pierce Avenue S.E.) (Tiffany Park _#5), be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton; and subject to the findings, conclusions and decision dated December 20, 1979, of the City's Hearing Examiner.
