RESOLUTION NO. 2326
WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for
the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has
heretofore been duly approved by the Hearing Examiner, and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Hearing Examiner has
considered and recommended the approval of said final plat and no
public hearing being held, and such approval being deemed proper
and advisable and in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: The final plat heretofore submitted and approved
by the Hearing Examiner, pertaining to the following described real
estate, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth
(Property located at Southeast corner of Pierce
Avenue N.E. and N.E. 12th Street - Brentwood Park
Addition FP 458-79)
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws
and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to findings ,
conclusions and decision of the City' s Hearing Examiner dated
February 20, 1980, and subject further to those certain Plat
[restrictions contained in that decision.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 7th day of Apx'il , 1980 .
