PARKING AND ACCESS LICENSE
This agreement is made and entered into thisday of ' �.� , 2008,
by and between the City of Renton and Sam's Real Estate Business Trust.
Rights: The City of Renton may use the northeast portion of the parking lot of Sam's
Club, Inc., but at no time shall such parking block access to the receiving dock of Sam's Club,
Inc. The area forbidden to parking is shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated
herein as if fully set forth.
The parking lots of the City of Renton and Sam's Club, Inc., are attached with connected
drive aisles. Sam's Club, Inc., shall have the right to use the drive aisles and driveways of the
City of Renton for means of secondary emergency access. The City of Renton, its citizens,
employees, guests and other visitors to City Hall shall have the right to use the connected drive
aisles as a means of accessing the left turn lane onto Grady Way South. The connected drive
aisles governed by this License are shown on Exhibit A.
This License shall be in full force and effect for a one year period of time and shall
automatically be renewed for an additional year upon the anniversary date of the License, unless
it shall be earlier terminated. This License may be terminated by either party giving 30 days
prior written notice of the cancellation of this License.
