AUTKORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
A14D PROPERTY RIGHTS BY EMINENT DOMAIN PROVIDING
FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF ; AUTHORIZING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO PREPARE A PETITION FOR GONDE11NATION
Iii THE SUPERIOR COURT IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
KING AND THE PROSECUTION THEREOF FOR THE ACQUISI-
TION OF SUCH PROPERTY AND PROPERTY RIGHTS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS TO PUGET
DRIVE S . E . A14D IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION_I : It is acknowledged that the acquisition of
the following described property and property; ri
SECTION III : Compensation for the acquisition of said
property and property rights shall be made from funds heretofore
committed for that purpose by the City of Renton.
SECTION IV: Nothing in this Ordinance shall be construed
as a waiver by the City of Renton of its right to decline to take
and pay for said property and propert�T rights after the amount of
Just Compensation has been ascertained , and within the time allowed
by law.
SECTION V: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage , approval and five days after its publication.

PARCEL I
Westerly 8' of the following described property:
That portion of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. ,
King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said subdivision; thence South 87-09-18 W.
along the S. line thereof a distance of 567.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning
of the herein described tract: thence South 87-09-18 W. continuing along said S.
line a distance of 745.70 feet to an intersection with the Northeasterly margin
of Benson Road South; thence North 21-21-15 W. along saidNortheast margin a distance
of 370.00 feet; thence North 51-13-53 E. a distance of 124.94 feet; thence E. a
distance of 720.00 feet; thence South 21-18-15 E. a distance of 135.39 feet;
thence South 02-50-42 E a distance of 260.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Together with an easement for ingress and egress over a strip of land 60 feet wide
having a width of 30 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point "A" on the Southwesterly line of the Bonneville Power Admin-
istration Covington-Seattle Line No. 1 right-of-way which lies 206.55 feet Northeasterly
thereon from the South line of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 20, Township 23 North,
Range 5 East, W.M. , King County; thence No. therly parallel with the North-South
centerline of said Section a distance of 400.00 feet more or less to the South margin
of Puget Drive .as now established 100 feet in width.
Also beginning at the SE corner of said SW 1/4 of Section 20; thence S. 87-09-18 W.
along the S. line thereof a distance of 567.00 feet; thence N. 02-50-42 W. a distance
of 30.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning of the herein described centerline;
thence N. 87-09-18 E. parallel with said S. line a distance of 140.00 feet; thence N.
42-49-21 E. a distance of 113.30 feet; thence N 18-53-20 E. a distance of 81 .09
feet to a point on said Southwesterly line of said Bonneville Power Administration
right-of-way distance thereon 240.00 feet NL',-thwesterl.v of said S. line of said
subdivision and the terminus of said centerline.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
Easterly 20' of the Westerly 28' of the above described property.
