E . A14D IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION_I : It is acknowledged that the acquisition of the following described property and property; ri SECTION III : Compensation for the acquisition of said property and property rights shall be made from funds heretofore committed for that purpose by the City of Renton. SECTION IV: Nothing in this Ordinance shall be construed as a waiver by the City of Renton of its right to decline to take and pay for said property and propert�T rights after the amount of Just Compensation has been ascertained , and within the time allowed by law.
