ORDINANCE NO . 3668
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON FROM
GENERAL CLASSIFICATION (G) TO BUSINESS DISTRICT
(B-1) (R-019-82 G. M. ASSOCIATES)
WHEREAS under Chapter 7 , Title IV (Building Regulations)
of Ordinance No . 1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of
the City of Renton" , as amended, and the maps and reports adopted
in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has
heretofore been zoned as General Classification (G) ; and
WHEPEAS a proper petition for chane of zone classification
of said property li.a.s been filed with the Building & Zoning Department
on or about Mnr. cl-i 9 , 1-982 , which petition was duly referred to the
Hearing Exa.minc.:r for i..nvestipation , study and public hearing , and
a public liearinp I,a,ving, been held thereon on or about June 29 , 1982 ,
and said mattci- been duly considered by the Hearing Examiner
and said. zon.i.nn request being in conformity with the City' s Comprehens "
Plan., as amen&!d , and. tlhe City Council having duly considered all
matters relevant t_l)eret.o , and all parties having been heard appearing
in support. thereof or in opposition thereto , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I_ The following described property in the City
of Renton is hereby rezoned to Business District (B-1) as hereinbelow
specified; subject to the findings , conclusions and decision of the
Hearing Examiner dated July 21 , 1982 ; the Building and Zoning Director
is hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning
Ordinance , as amended , to evidence said rezoning, to-wit :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth herein

corner_ of Duvall Avenue N.E. and N.E . 4th Street)
AND SUBJECT FURTHEJR to that certain Declaration of Restrictive Covenant.,
executed by Petitioner-Owners on or about Sept . 8 and Sept . 30 , 19$2
and recorded in the office of the Director of Records and Elections ,
821011-0323
Receiving No. 821011-0322 and which said Covenants are hereby
incorporated and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
SECTION .11 : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
