ALL STONES LARGER THAN 1.5" DPIMETER SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROWING MEDIUM. TOPSOIL SHALL BE PLACED AT A MINIMUM DEPTH OF 8 0 IN ALL BED AREAS AND SHALL BE PACIFIC TOPSOIL'S (800-884-7645) 3 -WAY MIX. TOPSOIL SHALL BE TILLED INTO THE EXISTING SUBGRADE TO ELIMINATE SOIL INTERFACE PROBLEMS. ALL PLANTING AREAS ABOVE PARKING GARAGE SHALL HAVE 18 * OF SOIL.
