1. PRIOR TO THE START OF GNRADMNG, ALL EXISTING VEGETATION, DEBRIS, RUBBLE, ASPHALT
PAVEMENT, ETC., SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE TO THE SATISFACTION) OF THE OWNER.
STOCKPILING OF DEBRIS, AND RU ULE OTHER UNSUITABLE MATERIALS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED
DURING GRADING AND UTILITY INSTALLATIONS.
2. UPON COMPLETION OF STRIPPING AND EXCAVATION AND PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF FILL OR

SHOULD BE FREE OF ORGANIC MATTER AND NO PARTICLES LARGER THAN 4 INCHES.

5. FOUNDATIONS BELOW SLAB AND EXTENDING BELOW GRADE TO BE DEMOLISHED. DEMOLISH ALL
WALLS, ETC. TO LEAVE THE AREA FREE FROM ANY PROTRUSIONS (STRUCTURAL OR UTILITY).
6. ANY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES AND/OR MATERIALS ENCOUNTERED SHALL BE HANDLED AND
DISPOSED OF BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL ACCORDING TO CITY, STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.
7. EROSION CONTROL IS REQUIRED TO PREVENT DEBRIS FROM ENTERING STORM SYSTEM.
8. ANY ENCOUNTERED UNDERGROUND TANKS, VAULTS, ETC., SHALL BE REMOVED PER COUNTY/STATE
REGULATIONS. CRAWL. SPACES, TUNNELS, TANK HOLES, ETC., SHALL BE BACKFILLED AND
COMPACTED PER SOILS ENGINEERS RECOMMENDATIONS.
9. DISCONNECT ALL POWER, TELEPHONE, GAS FROM BUHLDINNGS. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT AND
COORDINATE WITH THE OWNER AND ANY APPROPRIATE UTILITY COMPANIES ON REQUESTING
DISCONNECTION'S, REMOVALS AND/OR RELOCATION OF EXISTING SERVICE. CONTRACTOR SHALL
COORDINATE WITH THE OWNERS ENGINEER, THE OWNIER AND APPROP011ATE UTILITY PURVEYORS TO
VERIFY SERVICE LOCATIONS TO EXISTING BUILDING. CONTRACTOR IS CAUTIONED THAT SOME
PERIMETER POWER AND TELEPHONE UTWITIES OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING MAY BE REQUIRED TO
