FOR UTILITY LOCATE CALL 48-HOUR LOCATORS, 1-800-424-5555. 4. A PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE AND A 24 HOUR NOTICE SHALL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO STARTING NEW CONSTRUCTION.
