CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2275
WHEREAS there is a Plat being developed within the City
of Renton known as Fernwood, and
WHEREAS the developer has to purchase from the City of
Seattle' Water Department a portion of the right-of-way for Union
Avenue N.E. ,to be ,used in the course of developing said Plat , and
WHEREAS the City of Seattle Water Department wants assurance

from the City of'Renton` that the .City will accept and maintain said
right-of-way upon completion of said Plat, and
WHEREAS the addition of said right-of-way will be beneficial
to the citizens of the City of Renton, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, TO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The above recitals and statements are found
to be true and correct in all respects ..
SECTION II: The City of Renton agrees to accept that portion
of right-of-way to• be obtained by the developer of the Fernwood
Plat and to maintain said right of way once it has been developed
and dedicated to the City of Renton.

CONSIDERATION: City to maintain upon dedication
GRANTEE: City of Renton
The east 30 feet of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 16 Township 23
North, Range 5 East, W.M.
Also, the West 30 feet of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 15 Town-
ship 23 North, Range 5 East W.M. ; less the North 80 feet thereof.
Also, the West 30 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East W.M. ; less the South 200 feet thereof.
