RESOLUTION NO. 2309
WHEREAS ap etition for the approval of a final plat
P
P
for the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
particularly described, located within the City of Renton has
heretofore been duly approved by the Hearing Examiner; and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Hearing Examiner
has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat,
and no public hearing being held, and such approval being deemed
proper and advisable and- in the public interest , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The ' final plat -heretofore• submtted and
approved by the Hearing Examiner, pertaining to the following
described real estate, to-wit :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a Dart
hereof as if fully set forth.
(Property located between N.E . 16th and 20th Streets
and Aberdeen Avenue N.E . - Plat of Higate)
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the
laws and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to
findings , conclusions and decision dated November 13, 1979 , of the
City' s Hearing Examiner., and subject further to those certain Restrictive
Covenants, as attached hereto and incorporated as if fully set forth herein.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 3rd day of December, 1979 .
