HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 2310 CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 2310 WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within the City of Renton has heretofore been duly approved by the Hearing Examiner; and WHEREAS after due investigation the Hearing Examiner has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat, and no public hearing being held, and such approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS : SECTION I : The final plat heretofore submitted and • approved by the Hearing Examiner, pertaining to the following described real estate, to-wit : See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth. (Property located between Union Avenue S .E . and 138th Avenue S .E . directly north of S .E. 2nd Place - Plat of Fernwood East) be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to findings , conclusions and decision dated November 5 , 1979 , of City' s Hearing Examiner, and further subject to restrictive covenants attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if set forth herein.
