CITY OF. RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2189
WHEREAS King Countywith support from local cities
has applied for and received a $320, 000 .00 grant to develop
the Interurban Trail, and
WHEREAS it is necessary for the local cities to cooperate
in the development of said trial, and
WHEREAS it is advantageous and beneficial to the citizens
of the City of Renton to participate in said development, NOW
THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Theabove recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects.
SECTION II : The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute an Agreement for the development of the Interurban
Trail System.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 5th day of June, 1978 .
