RESOLUZ'ION NO 8�
WHEREAS the City of Renton has heretofore made applicatifln
to the Economic DeveZopment Adzninistration for a grant for the con-
struction of a Street Department Shop known as Project #07-Z3-00777, and
wHEREAS the Cit� has now received from the E.D.A. an "OFFER
OF GRANT" , dated January 5, 1972 in an. amount not to exceed $36,000 .00
for the aforestated purpose , NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RE50LVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECfiION I: The Citr� of Renton hereby resolves to accept
said "OFFER OF G1�ANT" for the construction of a sho.p building for the
Eitr� Street De.partmenf, and the Ma�or and Cif� Clerk are hereby directed
to execute any and a11 documents in connection therewith including that
certain "OFFER OF GRANT" .
The Ci�y further agrees to compl� with a11 the terms and
conditions of said "OFFER OF GRANT" together with the Special Conditions
and the Standard Terms and Conditions , therein referred to.
