RESOLUTION N0.��1��'—'�
� WHEREAS the City of Renton has various automobiles and motor-
cycles as hereinafter more particularly described, and ,
WHEREAS none of said equipment is of any further use and benefit
to the City and there is no foreseeable requirement for any of said
vehicles , and
WHEREAS it is to the best interest of the City to declare such
equipment surplus and dispose of it in the best and most advantageous
manner as hereinafter specified, NOW THEREFORE
BE��IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The aforesaid findings and recitals are hereby
found to be true and correct in all respects .
SECTION II : It is hereby found and determined that the following
vehicles are no longer needed for any public use or purpose and there
is no foreseeable requirement or need therefor, and all of said items '
are hereby declared surplus , to�wit:

The City' s Purchasing Agent is authorized and directed to advertis.e,

for the sale of the abovedescribed vehicles , upon sealed bids , a�ri.d:';::.;:;� ,
as otherwise provided by law. The City reserves tY� right to reject`
any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the form of the bid.
All vehicles shall be sold on a cash basis .

SECTION III : All of such vehicles shall be sold in fheir

part of the City of Renton.
