THE CONTRACTOR'S EXCAVATION SAFETY SYSTEM SHALL BE DESIGNED BY A QUALIFIED PERSON AND MEET THE REFERENCED REQUIREMENTS. C. ALL EXCAVATION NOT REQUIRING TRENCH SAFETY SYSTEMS SHALL ALSO MEET THE WISHA SAFETY STANDARDS AND CITY OF BELLEVUE REQUIREMENTS. 8. EXCAVATION: A. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TRUCK WASHOUT OFF-SITE AT AN APPROVED AND LEGAL LOCATION. 8.
