PARCEL "B": All that portion of Government Lot, 1, Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5 East W.M., lying Southeasterly of Lake Washington Boulevard, Easterly of Garden Street, Westerly of a line parallel with and 25 feet Westerly when measured at right angles and/or radially from the "Proposed F.R. Relocation" centerline of Primary State Highway <do. 1, (SR 405) North Renton Interchange and Northwesterly of a line des- cribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of Garden Street which is 75 feet Southeasterly when measured at right angles from the A-Line survey of said highway; thence Northeasterly in a straight line to a point 60 feet Southeasterly as measured at right angles from High- way Engineer's Station 7+50, A-Line Survey; thence Northeasterly in a straight line to a point 100 feet Southeasterly as measured at right angles from Highway Engineer's Station 11+81.62, A-Line Survey and the end of this description.
