ENTITLED "CODE . OF GENER8IL ORDxNANCES OF �HE CYTY OF
RENTON, WASHINGTON" RELATINt� TQ CONSTRUCTION PERMIa FEE.
� SECTION I. Subse��ior� 7-1-4.H. 6 0� Chapter 1, Uniform Fire
Code, of Title VII (Fzx'e Regulations} , of Ordinance No. 4260
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton,
Washington" is hereby �amended to read as follows :
7-1-4.H.6: Construction Permit Fee: Sprinkler or �ire -
system permit fee sha11 be based and �harged on ten ( 10$) percent of
plans review/inspection fee listed in this section, or a minimum of
fifty ( $50 . 00) , whichever is greater.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty ,days after publication.
