ORDINANCE NO. 4424
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
THE INTERIM ZONING MAP AND CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF
RENTON FROM CA (ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL) TO MR (MIXED
RESIDENTIAL) (BRYANT MOTORS) .
WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 4406 the City Council adopted the '
Interim Zoning Map based upon the Interim Land Use Element of the
Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 4405; and
WHEREAS, the adoption of the Interim Zoning Map constitutes an '
area-wide zoning; and
WSEREAS, the City Council established a process known as the
"Errata Process" for reviewing concerns about .the Interim Land Use
Element of the Comprehensive Plan and the Interim. Zoning Map; and
WHEREAS, the pro.perty hereinb.elow described has..heretofore been
zoned as CA (Arterial Commercial) , and the City Council having
reviewed the zoning classification under the "Errata Process" and
referred this matter to public hearing before considering a change
to the zoning classification to MR (Mixed Residential) ; and
WHEREAS, this change in zoning classification was duly
considered in public hearing held on or about the 18th day of
October, 1993, and said change in zoning classification being in
conformity with the City' s Interim Land Use Element of the
Comprehensive Plan, as amended, and the City Council having duly
considered all matters relevant thereto, and all parties having been
heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4406, the. Interim Zoning
Ordinance, is hereby amended with respect to the zoning
classification of the following described real property in the City
of Renton, and that property is hereby rezoned to MR (Mixed
Residential) :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth herein.
(Lots 9 and 10 off of N. 2nd on the west side of Meadow,
and Lots 1, 2, 8 and 9 bounded by Meadow on the west,
N.2nd on the north, and Factory on the east. )
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage., approval, and five days after its publication.
