OF 123RD STREET._(MEYER/DORSEY' - VAC 001-91) . �° ' K ��� -� x � � � WHEREAS, a proper petition for vacating a portion of 123rd g � � -� Street located in the 600 block of Rainier Avenue N. was duly filed ; m n � with the City Clerk on or about November 5, 1990, and said petition � � having been signed by'-the:� owners representing more� tha.n two-thirds � � � (2/3) � of � the " propert'y � 'abutting upon such street sought to be � vacated; and N 0 � WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 2834 passed and p � approved on March 11, 1991, and after due investigation did fix and � � determine the day of Ap.r.il 15, 1991, at the hour of 7 : 30 p.m. in the �� CT� City Council Chambers_ of. the_ C.ity. of Renton to be the time and place for a public hearing thereon, and the City Clerk having given due notice of such hearing in the manner provided by law, and all persons having been heard appearing in favor or in opposition thereto, and the City Council having considered all information and arguments presented to it; and . �WHEREAS, � the Board of• Public Works of the City of Renton having d�ly considered said� petition for said vacation, and liaving fouiid same to be in the public interest and for the public benefit, and no injury or damage to any person or properties will result from such vacation, - -�. 1�OW, TIiEREFORE; THE CITY COUL�tCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOW�: 1 ORDINANCE NO. 4357 SECTION I. The following described street, to wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein be and the same is hereby vacated subject to an easement over, across, under and on all that portion as described on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein in favor of the City for utility and related purposes . SECTION II. The City Council hereby elects to charge a fee of $5, 100 . 00 to the petitioner-owners, said amount being 50� of the City' s appraisal of the right-of-way interest herein vacated, and such charge being reasonable and proper. SECTION III.
