AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WAS�€INGTON, AMENDING
SECTION 4-10�3.B.3 OF CHAPTER 10, MII�I,NG, EXCAVATION AND
GRADING ORDIPTANCE, OF TITLE IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS) , OF
ORDINANCE NO. 4260 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF R�NTAN, WASHINGTON" AS IT RELATES TO
FILLING AND GRADING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 4-10-3 .B. 3 of Chapter 10, Mining,
Excavation and Grading Ordinance, of Title IV (Building
Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the_ City of Renton, Washington".. is hereby amended. t�o
read as follows :
4-10-3.B.3. Reuse of Site: In. addit�ion . to the .above, when
.filling and grading have been_ accomplis�hed_..alone; and not as part
of� 'a contemporaneous development proposal, site plan review as
_ established in Section 4-31-33 shall be required of the applicant ' s
proposed use of the site after termination of the fill/grade
activity and the phasing of the progressive rehabilitation of the
site to the proposed use of the site.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty days after its publication.
