ORDINANCE NO. 4378
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
CHAPTER 5, BUSINESS LICENSES, OF TITLE V (FINANCE AND I
BUSINESS REGULATIONS) , OF ORDINANCE NO. 4260 ENTITLED
"CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON" BY ADDING A NEW SECTION RELATING TO
CONFIDENTIALITY OF CERTAIN INFORMATION. '
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS: �
SECTION I. Chapter 5, Business Licenses, of Title V
(Finance and Business Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is
hereby amended by adding the following section:
Section 5-5-b : CONFIDENTIALITY�_OF�"INFORMAT.ION:
The current provis 'ions:. of._ R.C.W. 82 . 3�2 . 330. and subsequent
amendments are hereby : adopted �by. reference��as ..i.f� .fully set f.orth
herein.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty days after its publication.
