GENERAL NOTES

11. ALL AREAS TO BE PLANTED WITH GROUNDCOVER ARE INDICATED ON THE PLAN WITH A HATCH PATTERN. SEE PLANT

12. SUBSTITUTION OF PLANT VARIETIES DUE TO LACK OF AVAILABILITY SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE OWNERS
