RESOLUTION N0. � ���Z
WHEREAS the City has certain items of personal property located
in the City Clerk's office which property is no longer suitable or use-
ful for the City 's needs, and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City and general public
to dispose of said items of personal property in the most advantageous
basis available to the City, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The following described items of personal property
are hereby declared surplus and no longer needed or usable for the
City' s needs or benefit. The City Clerk of the City of Renton
is hereby authorized and directed to dispose of the following described
items upon bid call, as provided by law, to-wit:
a. #366 Gestetner Mimeograph, purchased 19Fi6for
895• Includes automatic interleaver 700 lar e

and 2 inking rollers .
b. 1 NCR #3100 accounting machine with 1 bar included.
c. 16 NCR accounting machine bars . 12 to Current fund
and 4 to Utility fund.
d. 8. Addressograph trays with Lok-tab frames .
and all of said items to be sold on a cad� basis, without warranty
expressed or implied, and in "as is" condition, all such sales to be
final and conclusive . The City reserves the right to reject any and
all bids and to waive any irregularities in the form of the bid.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 15th day of March, 1971.
