WHEREAS, the hereinafter named employee of the CITY OF
RENTON has been a member of the Washington Statewide City Employees '
Retirement System, in the classification of MISCELLANEOUS PERSONNEL,
and said person having attained retirement age as provided by law,
but said person being physically fit to continue such employment
and service with the CITY OF RENTON, and said person having requested
extension of the Compulsory Retirement Age, and the Mayor and the �
City Council of the CITY OF RENTON having approved the request of
said employee, NOW THEREFORE
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH�
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
That the time of campulsory retirement of the following
named employee of the CITY OF RENTON, who is a member of the Washington
Statewide City Employees ' Retirement System under the classification
of MISCELLANEOUS PERSONNEL,to-wit:
DOROTHEA S . GOSSETT
BE AND TH� SAME IS HEREBY EXTENDED FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXC�ED ONE
YEAR, to-wit: until May l, 1972 .
A copy of this Resolution, adopted pursuant to Section XIV,
Chapter 71, Laws of 1947, as amended subsequently thereto, shall be
transmitted by the Clerk of the CITY OF RENTON to the Board of
Trustees of the aforesaid Washington Statewide City Employees '
Retirement System.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 26th day of April, 1971 .
