SECTION I: That it ia the intention of the City Council of the City of Ren��n,
Wash£ngton, to construct and install the following sanitary sewers , includin; I
trunk lines , acceasorics and appurtenances th�ereto, in the fol2owing deaeribed area
o� the City, ta-wit:
1. (a) Description of I�ocal Improvement District
See Exhibit "A" attached
This Resolution is in support of that certain Petition for
the creation of a Local Improvement District filed with the City
of Renton March 3 , 1969 .

necessary to the foregoing construction and installation.
� The City Council may� in ita discretion, modi£y and ame� the detaila v� the
�I foregoing described improvement, including the finsncing thereof, whsre �n its judgment
it appears advis�ble, provided such modifications and amendments do not substantialiy

alter the general plan of said improvement project. A11 of the foregoing shall be in
accordance with the plsns and gpecifications therefor to be prepared by the City
Engineer of the City of Renton.
SECTION II: The entire cost and expense of said improvement, unlesa Rereaf ter
timely modiFied or amended by the City Council, shall be borne by and assessed against
the praperty apeci.ally benef ited by such improvement to be included in the local
improv�ea�nt district to be established, embracing as nesr as may be all property specially
benef ited by such improvement. There shall be inciuded in the cost and expense of sa id �
im rovements all cost items s cif ied in RGW 35 44 020

SECTION III: That all persons who may desire to object to the improvement
herein described are herebq notif ied to appear and present such objectiona at a meeting
of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Renton, Wash-

Beginning at a point on the north line of the Northwest one-quarter of
Section 5, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.
330 feet easterly of the northwest corner thereof; thence easterly along said
northerly line a distance of 1 ,719 feet, more or less, to an intersection with
the westerly margin of F.A.I . Highway No. 405; thence southerly along said
