WI�REAS the below mentioned Department Fund of the City of Renton was
� required to meet certain o'o1_3gat3on,s and expenditures which were not foreseeable
at the titae of the adoption of the 1960 Budget, a±t�
'WHE�EAS it is necessary for the proper administration, operation and
maintenance of the City in said respective Department to transfer funds between
items within the general class oi "Capital Outlay" as provided for by Chapter
322 of the 1955 Session Laws, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY C�UNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENT'ON
AS FOLLOWS:
l. T�ie foregoing recitals and facts are found and determined by the
City Council to be true and correct and that it is to best interest of the
City of Renton to cause the hereinbelow specified transfers to be made.
2. '�he City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to make and execute transfers between zhe following specified items
in the general class of ��Capital Outlay" as follows: I
FROM: Sewage Disposal, treatment Plant, Capital outlay
No. 1700 (ground and paving improvement) $524.32
TO: Se�,�a;e _Disposal, transmission, Capital outlay
�ac. i700 transformers, purchases and installations $524.32
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this f��/�iay of Jul 960.
