WHEREAS, the hereinafter named employee of the City of Renton is a
member of the Washington Statewide City Employees' ftetirement System, in tlne
I classification of MISCELIANEOUS PERSONNEL, and said person having attained
the retirement age of sixty - five (65) years of age, and said person being
I physically fit to continue such employment on a temporary basis with the Cit�y�.,-
of Renton, and said erson having requested an extension of the age limit

under the Compulsory Retirement System, and the Renton Aviation Board and
the City Council of the City of Renton having approved the request of said
employee, NOW,�'THEREFORE,
BE I� RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
That the time of compulsory retirement of the following named
employee of the City of Renton, who is a member of the Washington Statewide
City Employees' Retirement System under the classification of "MISCELLANEOUS
PERSONNEL", to-wit:
' EARLE BIGLER
be and the same is hereby extended from August 1, 1961, unto and including
August 1, 1962.
A copy of Chis Resolution, adopted pursuant to Section XIV, Chagter
71, Laws of 1947, as amended by Chapter 228, Laws of 1953, shall be transmitted
by the Clerk of the City of Renton to the Board of Trustees of the aforesaid
Washington Statewide City Fmployees' Retirement System.
