WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a- final plat for the subdivision of
a certain tract of land more particularly described hereinbelow, located within the
City limits of the City of Renton, has heretofore been presented ta and filed with the
City Council and the City Planning Com�ission and it appearing that the preliminary plat
has hereCofore been approved by the Planning Commission after.public hearing having been
held thereon, and .
WHEREAS after due investigafiion. the Planning Cocmnission has considered and
recot�nended the approval of said final plat and said matter having come on for review
before the City Council of the City of Renton pn November 28;:'�1961, and
WHEREAS the City Council has �greed to approve said final plat and said
approval being deemed proper and advisable, NOW THEREFQRE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE M�YOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS
FOLLOWS;
1. The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the City Council
of the City of Renton pertaining to the following described property, to-wit:
That portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Qua�trer
of Section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King
County, Washington, lying west of the easterly line of the
westerly 62.5 feet (measured at right angles to said easeerly
line) of that certain po�aer easement, said easement being more
particularly located and described by instrument recorded September
25,19�3, under Auditor's file No. 3337591, records of King County,
Washington; EXCEPT county road, also described as "Brentwood Plat";
all located in Renton, Ring County, Washington.
is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton.
