HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 1127 � ` ' ��`''- � � - �,f.�� .C� ; . . �� s �� � ��� �� . , _ E « . ._„ � � (� �,� D� ., ' RESdLUTION N0. ���� WI:EREAS the City Council of the CITY OF RENTON has heretofore established a budget classification of "Uniforms and Special Clothing" for the branch of the police and Fire Departments of the City, and such classiEication and allowances being deemed necessary and in the public interest, and WHEREAS it is advisable to standardize unifarms and spe cial and necessary clothing and equipment Eor the Fire Department, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: The abave findings are Hereby found to be true and correct in � all respects; it being deemed necessary and advisable to set forth the required standards governing "Uniforms and Special Clothing" allowances for the Fire Department of the City of Renton. SECTION II: The fol'lowing items of "Uniforms and Special Clothing" are hereby established as the proper and necessary items for the Fire Department of the CITY OF RENTON, to-wit: � A. Full Dress Uniforms Uniform cap, and arnaments Uniform blouse, with service crosses and strip�±s Uniform pants, and belt White shirt, and black tie Black socks Black oxfords (plain toe) , Rain coat, (Navy style� � - B. House and work uniform Cap, Same as for Dress uniform $louse (nylon, Iined for winter and unliited for summer) Pants (blue with, plain leg bottoms) Shirts, grey (with badge patch) Tie, Black Socks, Black Shoes, Black (same as for dress uniform) C.
