a certain tract of 1.and as herein more particularly described� located withi.n the City
I,imits of the City of t�enton, has hereto�ore been presented to and filed with the City
Council and the City Planning Commi.ssion and it appearino that the preliminary plat
has heretofore been approved by the Planning Corrnnission after public hearing having
been held thereon� and
WHEREAS after due investiga�tion the Plann.ing Commission has cons�dered and
recornmended the appro�al of said fizaal plat and said matter having come ca� for review
before the City Council of. the �ity of Renton. on September 17� 1962, and the City
Council having a�reed to approve said final pZat and said approval being deemed proper
