RESOLtJTION N0. /���
WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision
of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly descr ibed, located
within the City Limits of the City of Renton, has heretofore been presented to and
filed with the City Council and the City Planning Comonission and it appearing that the
prelimina.ry plat has heretofore been duly approved by the Planning Co�mission after
public hearing thereon as provided by law, and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Planning Commission has considered and
reco�mnended the approval of said final plat and said matter having come on for
review before the City Council of the City of Renton on November 19, 1962, and the
City Council having duly approvedsaid final plat and same being deemed proper and
advisable and in the public interest, 1�OW THEREk'ORE
BE iT RESOLVED BY THE MAY�R AND 3'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON �
AS FOLLOWS: �I
The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the Planning Commission, I
pertaining to Che follo�aing described property, to-wit:
Plat of View Terrace being a Replat of a portion of Tracts 250 and
265 of C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden No. 4 Division,
further described as follows:
Beginning at the S.E. corner of said Tract 250; thence S 89°58'15"
W along the south line of said Tract, 125.�0 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence N 0°31'55" E parallel to the east line of said Tract
250 a distance of 237.00 feet; thence N 89°58'15E 25.00 feet; thence
� N 0°31 'S " 4� ,Q feet more or less to the north line of Tract 250

distance of 350.00 feet; theace N 89°58'15" E, 118.17 feet to a point ,
on arcaE a curve to the left from which the radial point bears N 54°42`44"
E, 95.00 feet; thence along the are of said curve to the left thru an �
angle of i4°23'07" an arc distance of 23.85 feet; thence S 49°30'23" E
35.00 feet, thence along the arc of a curve to the right with a radius
of 45.00 feet, thru an angle of 50°Q2'18" an arc distance of 39.30 feet
- feet; thence S 0°31'S5" W 157.25 feet more or leas to the south margin
of said Tract 250; thence N 89°58'15" E 50.00 feet to the true point of
beginning, all situated in Renton, King County, Washington
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances
of the City of Renton.
