S6XTHf SERVICE" iNT�RRUPTaOt�S Company shall use reasonable diiigence to furnish uninterrupted service but shall not be liable for any interruptions caused by strikes and/or other labor disputes, accidents or acts of God, or by any cause by- yon�+ the control of the Compan�, or by the necessbty `or making repairs or cha�ges a� the Company�s equipment and facilities, and �he Ci:y waives and shall no: ass�rt any ciaims against the Compar.y for damages to the City caused by ac?y s�spen�ion, ir��rruptio�, failure or curtailment of serv'sce by fhe Company undEr this agreem�nt attributable in any manner to national war emergency, inc4ud�ng �io!untary coopera- ti�� by �he Company in an� method of operation or in ac�y progc-am recomme�ded or , re��es�ed by civil or military authorities.
