A RESOLUTION OF 'TEIE GITY COiJNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT AND INSTALL SANZTARY SEWER ZINES
AND APPURTENANCES IN S. E. 112th STREET AND 114th AVENUE S. E. IN THE
CITY AND TO CREATE A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISZ`RICT TO ASSESS THE FULL COST
AND EXPENSE OF SAID IMPROVEMENT AGAINST THE PROFERTiES IN SUCH DISTRICT
SPECIAI,LY BENEFITED THEREBY; AND NOTIFYING ALL PERSONS;WH4 MAY DESIRE
TO OBJECT TO SAID IMPROVE1rIENT TO APPEAR AND PRESENT THEIR OBJECTIONS
AT A MEETING OF THE CITX COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 14; 1964. .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON;�WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That it is the iutention of the City Council of the City of Renton,
Idashington, to construct and install the following sanitary sewer lines in the fo2lowing
named streets of the City, to-wit:

Avenue S. E. Avenue S. E.
8" 114th Avenue S. E. Sunset Blvd. E 12th Avenue N.
There shall be included in the foregoing the acquisition and installation of
all necessary vaZves, fittings, couplings, connectfons, equipment and appurtenaaces, and
the acquisition of any easements, rights-of-way and land that may be required; and there
shall be included the performance of such work as may be incidental and necessary to the
foregoing coastruction and installation.
The City Council may modi£y the details of the foregoing described improvement
where in its judgment it appears advisable, provided such modifications do not sub-
stantially alter the plan of said improvement. A11 of the foregoing shall be in
accordance with the plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by Jack 47ilson, the
City Engineer.
Section 2: That the entire cost and exgense of said improvement sha].1 be borne
by and assessed against the property specially benefited by such improvement to be
included in the loca2 improvement district to be established, embraciag as near as may
be all properCy specially benefited by such i�provement. That there shall be included
in the cost and expense of said improvement all cost items specified in RCW 35.44.020.
Section 3: That a11. person s ��ho may desire to object to the improvement
herefn desc.ribed are hereby notified to appear and present such ob,�ections at a meeting
of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Renton,
Washington, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. (Daylight Saving Time) on September 14, 19G4, which
time and place are hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed
improvement and ail ob3ections thereto and for determining the method of payment for
said improvement.
