SECTION III; All such cables, wires, antenna and conductors, constructed, run or suspended by tt� GRANTEE hereunder shall be praperly insulgted, connected and fastened sa as nat to be, or came in contact wi.th any object, �Chrough or by which a graund or shart circuit cou3d be formed.
