ZONING CLASSI�'ICATION QF C£RTAIN PROP£RTY WITHIAi filiE CITY OF
RENTflN FR4M RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-3) TO BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1)
tdHEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ord3.nance Na,
1628 knawn as the "Code of General Ordinances af the City of Renton", as amended, and I
the maps adopted in canjunc�ion therewith, the property hereinbelow described has j
heretofare been zoned as RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-3}, and
WHEREAS, a proger petitian �or change of �one classification of said property
has been fil.ed with the Ci.ty Clerk on or about April 7, 1966 which petitian was �hen
duly referred to the Planning Commission for investigation, study and public hearing,
and a gub2ic hearing having been held thereon an ar about April 2'1, I966 aII pursuant i�
to notice of heaxing duly published and posted as provided by 1aw; and said matter
having been duly cansidered by the Planning Commission, and the petitioner having duly
agreed to certain changes and amendments �o his petition, and �aid rezoning request,
as revised and amended, being in conformity with the City°s Comprehensive Plans and
all parties having been heard appearing in sugport thereof ar in apposition thereto,

hereby authorized and directed ta change the maps af the Zoning tirdznance, as amended,
to evid�nce �aid rezoning, to-wit:

I described as follaws.
Beginning at the intersection af the East line of Government Lot 8 in Section 27,
T�tp; 23 North, Range 5 Eas�, W.M., with the Southerly margin af State Highway No.
169 (Maple Valley Highway) ; thence North 56°43t 47" We�t along sai.d Southerly margin
4$8.07 fee� to the true point of beginning; thence South 32°52t13" West 71.23 feet;
