1�N ORAINANCE OF THE CITY � RENTON� UTASHINGTOAT� CNANGING THE �
ZONING CIASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITKIN THE CITY
OF RENTON FROM GENERAL CIASSIFICATION DISTRICT (G7200) TO
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-3) �
�aHEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No.
�
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as au�ended, and
the maps �dopted in conjunetion there with, the property hereinbelow de&�rib�d hae
heretofore t�een zoned as General Classif ication District (G-7200); and
t�IHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of ssid property '
has been filed with the City Clerk on or about September 7, 1967, which petition was
then duly referred to the Planning Commission for investi.gation, study and public
hearing, and a public hearing havi.ng been held thereon on or about September 27, 1967,
and proper notice of hesring has been duiy published and posted as provided by law;
and said petition having been du2y considered by the Planning C�mmission and said
rezoning request being in conformity vith the City's Comprehensive Plan and all Farties
having been heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NU,1 THFsREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CIZY COUNCZL OF THE CIZY OF RENFON AS I

amended, to avidence said rezoning, to-wit:

in Kiag County, Washington� descri.bed as follows: Beginning at a
point on the North Marginal line oP the Renton-Issaqoah Road which �
