� ZONING CIASSIFICATION �' CERTAIN PROPERZY t�1ITHIN THE CITY OF
RENTON FR�I GENERAL CIASSIFICATION DI,STRICT (G-6�00) T�
&ESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-3)
WHEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV, (Building Regulations) of �rdinance
;30., 1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances o£ the City of Reaton", as amended,
�n3 the maps adopted ia conjunction therewith, the property heseinbelaw described
: t f re been zoned as General Classification District (G-6000); and

WHEREAS a proper petitfon for change of zone classification of said proper��
h�s been f iled with the City C2erk on or about June 5, I968, which petition was duiy
r�ferred to the Planning C�mission for investigation, study and public hearing, and
a public hearing heving been held thereon on or about June 26, 1968. 8nd said matter
having been duly considered by the Planning Commission and the Petitioners having
timely appealed from the decision ef said Planning Commisaion and said matter, on appe�l,
having come on for public hearing before the City Council on or eboat Ju2y 15, 1968,
a�ter public notice thereof as provided by law, and all parties having been he�rd
$���aring in support thereof or in opposition thereto, and said rezoning request beir.g
in conformity with the City's Comprehensive Plan, N(X�1 THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE M+�YOR AND T8E CITY COUNCIL OF TH8 CITY OF REN'L'ON,

r�;�oned to Residential �istrict (R-3); the City Ehgineer and the P2anning Director G��
P.Ereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended,
to evideace said rezoning, to-wit:
