W��S under the provisiocts of ttG�T 35.13.130� as acaended, a petition in
writing requesting that certain territory caatiguous ta the City of Renton, as
herefnaf ter more particularly described, be annexed to the City of Rentan, was duly
presented and filed with the CiLy Clerk on or about Mey 17, 1968 ; and
WHBR£AS prsor to the fiting anct eireuletion o� said petition for annexa tion
the Petitioniag owners had du2y notif ied the City Council of t�eir iatention to ccxmmence
sueh pr�eee@iags as provi.ded by Iaw, and as mcse particularly specified in �CW 35.13.125
�nd upon public hearing therecn� it iiaving been determiaed and tha peti�ioning awners
having ao agreed Lo assume the pre--existing b�ntled irodebtedness oF the City of Renton
as same pertains to the territ4ry petitioned ta De annexed; and to accept that portion
of the City's Canprehensive Plan as same pertains to the subject territory; and
