WHEREAS by Resolution No. 1644 adopted August 18 , 1969 the City Council of the City of Renton declared its intention to construct: and install certain sanitary sewer lines , together with appurtenances ther.eto, within certain territory in the Kennydale area as .hereinafter more part�cularly described, which Resolution was passed and appr.oved in support of a certain Petition heretofore submitted and filed with the City Clerk, and WHEREAS the City Council fixed September 22 , 1969 in the City Council chambers in the City Hall, Reriton, Washington, as the time and place for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvements and all objections thereto and for determining the method of payment for said improvements ; and WHEREAS JACK WILSON, City Engineer, has caused an estimate to be made of the cost and expense of the proposed improvements i duly segregated and apportioned as to the area located within and without the City Limits , respectively, and has�� certified said estimates to the City Council, together with all documents , data and information in his possession relating to the proposed improvement,a . . . - ' . The City Conncil may modify the details ;of the foregoing described improvemerit .wher.e, it .its judgmerit, it appears ad�isable , pr.ovided such modifications do not substantia.11y alter the plan of said improvement. All of t.h.e, foregoing shall .be in accordance wi.th the plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the City' s Engineer.
