ORDINANCE N0. �j��
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues ,
and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate
such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund and account for
the purpose of purchasing a new copy machine for the Police
Department, and such appropriation being necessary and in the public
interest ,and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriations , to-wit :
FROM: Excess State Aid to Cities , Current Fund: $1 ,460 . 00
UNTO : Police Administrative #1181, Acct. 606 ,
Machinery � Equipment: $1 ,460 . 00
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and legal publication.
