ORDINANCE N0. ����
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the year 1970 , and
WHEREAS i.t is neces�y and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fundsand
account� to. cover the cost for closing buildings by Tiffany Park
Development Company, and such appropx�iation bein.g necessary and in.
the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following appropriation and transfer, to-wit:
