OF RENTON, WASHINGTON AS FOL,LOWS :
SECTION I : Existing Sec�ion 5-2201 of Tit1.e V CBu�inc�ss
Regulations) of Ordin�.nce No. 1.628 entitled "Coc�e of Gen��al
Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended to reaci as
follows :
Section 5-2201 as amended - LTC�NSE REQUIRED : Every
person, �irm or corpor�.�ian, before commencing to
� carry on, open, conrluct or op�rate �.ny �f �he l�usinesses •
hereinafter d�scribed wi-�hin �I:z corporat� limi�� of
the City a� Ren�on shall apply for �nd eb��in � lieense
�o clo �o from �he Ci�y Glerk. Applic�.�ion �'or ��.�h
license �h�11 be .made on forms fu�ni�h�ci by the City
Clerk. Pridr to th� is�uance o�' any such �.icense by
the Ci-ty Clerk, �he applic�.tion �here�or sh�,ll be
presen�t�d to and �.ppr�ved `by the Police De��r�ment of
the Ci�y. �'urthermore, p�+�.or to su�h is�uance, the
Buildin� Director and the Chic�f of poli�ce , or their
du].y author��ed repre��n-�a�ive , sh�.�.l ir�spect ��ch place
