ORDINANCE N0. ��/�
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for
the calendar year i9 70 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned funds for the
purpose of paying and reimbursing the Street Depatment for certain work
being done in connection with said L.I .D. #265 and L.I.D. #267�c�
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following appropriation: '
