ORDINANCE N0. 26�1
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON, has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess o� estimated revenues for -
the calendar year 1971 , and
WHEREAS i� is necessary "and advisable to appropriate and j
transfer fram such exce�s revenue in�o the belowmentioned fund to
cover a par�ion of conc�mnation costs of the "Dillingham praperty" I
in cannection with the expansion and development of Lake Washington Beach I
Park
and s�ch appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit , NQW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHTN�TON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and direeted
to provide for the following apgropriatian and tra.nsfer:
� FROM: Park Fund, Excess Revenue $29 ,331.92
UNTO : Lake Washington Beach Fund
' Account #305/533 .20 .�5 $29 ,331.92
SECTION II : This Ordir�ance shall be in fu11 farce and effee�
frpm and after its passage, apgroval and legal publication.
