WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for
the calendar year 19 71, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund �'
to a for service connected disabilities and i�.nesses of inembers

of the Fire Department,
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and I',
for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
