RESOLUTION NO. /34,
WHEREAS it is in the public interest and for the public benefit to transfer
certain funds, as hereinafter described, as a loan, pending receipt of regular tax
funds by the CITY, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed
to transfer the following funds, to-wit:
A) FR011 Cedar River Acquisition Fund $80,000.00
Cumulative Reserve Fund No. 1894 70,000.00
$150,000.00
TO: Park Fund $36,000.00
Street Fund 35,000.00
Library Fund 29,000.00
Current Fund 50,000.00
$150,000.00
B) FROM: Cedar River Maintenance and Improvement Fund,
Department No. 3400, Account 605 $11 ,000.00
UNTO: Current Expense Fund , Non-Departmental No. 1920,
Account 601 $11,000.00
All of the aforesaid transfers shall be and constitute loans bearing interest at the
rate of three per cent (3%) and repayable as to the transfers specified in "A" herein-
above not later than June 30, 1966 and repayable as to the transfers specified in
"B" hereinabove not later than December 31 , 1967.
