WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON has heretofore received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the calendar year 1975 , and WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund (s) in order to provide for salary adjustment to non-represented management and other employees not otherwise covered or exempt from any public employees collective bargaining agreement , and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer : FROM : As per Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth UNTO : As per Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage , approval and five days after its publication , unless otherwise provided for hereinabove< PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 4th day of August , 1975 . � � Maxine E .
